Brian had the vision to write a “guys book” as he was doing student ministry and realized there is very little out their to challenge men to step up and become true men of God while he was youth pastor at Second Baptist Church in Houston Texas. This passion keep burning in Brian until he moved to Nashville TN to work at Long Hollow Baptist Church. As a result he was able to meet some publishers and God open the door with NavPress to pursue this vision God had given him. I pray this is a resource that man dads teenage boys college students and others alike can use for many years to come to walk through on their journey to manhood.
